How engaged are members of your church?

Church attendance in America is shrinking.  Yet people still believe in God.  One size fits all isn’t working in our churches. How do we motivate and activate God’s people? How do we get them engaged in the work of God’s kingdom? How do we equip God’s people and give them the knowledge and tools they need to succeed?  How do we empower them to live out their faith? How do we help them continue to grow, worship, serve and share Jesus with others?

The opportunities to serve created by the traditional church doesn’t fit the American people anymore.  How do we, the church, change- not the message but the means- to fit a changing culture that is focused on individuality?  We have the i-phone, the i-pad…. we’ve becoming personally disconnected yet radically connected with hundreds or thousands of other people via social media yet people feel isolated, are struggling to understand where they fit and how they can make a difference.

Do you have a means to engage, equip and empower members for effective and personally meaningful service in your church? It’s time to unleash God’s people from traditional means and allow them to use their unique spiritual gifts and abilities to serve God and the people of this world in their unique way.
